• EDP Operation
• Sugarcane Weighment Operation

Process

• Inspection of hardware and software provided by customer and take over the charge
• Upgrading infrastructure (both hardware & software), if required
• Deputing skilled manpower for operation
• Maintaining computer hardware, weighing platforms & equipments and associated devices
• Maintaining and upgrading software as required
• Generating and printing Sugarcane procurement calendar as per crushing plan, sugarcane variety and maturity, etc taking into account dynamic parameters such as sugarcane in yard/ transit, mode of transportation and lead time, etc
• Generating and printing Supply tickets for farmers according to crushing calendar
• Online weighment of sugarcane in factory
• Processing payment payable to Sugarcane growers
• Other miscellaneous activities related to sugarcane procurement

Support

• Site Supervisor and Engineer at site provide first level support.
• An experienced and skill team based at New Delhi provides support in case problem gets escalated.
• Support is made available on telephone, fax and e-mail.
• In case problem persists, senior personnel are deputed to factory.

Performance

Performance parameters are defined as Service Level Agreement signed. Amity enters into contract for 1 to 3 years.
