Smart Weighment

Smart Weighment System (SWS) automate Sugarcane Weighment Operations using RFID technology. It has been designed as per the workflow followed at sugar factories, integrating weighbridges, RFID token, readers, hand held terminals, PCs, traffic lights, barriers, etc.

SWS has been designed to be rugged and is capable of operating in hostile weather and environmental conditions, which prevail in Sugar factories and cane buying centers.

Process

• Entry token stations: Supply receipts verified and RFID token issued after storing farmer details
• Gross Weighing Stations: Gross weighment completed and stored on RFID token
• Cane Carrier Station: Unloading date and time stored on token
• Tare Weighing Stations: Tare weight of vehicle stored
• Self Help Station: Provided for farmer to check details in token
• Document Collection Station: Supply ticket, token returned details transferred to backend system and receipt issued for cane supplied by farmer
