Tea Weighment

Amity has launched "Tea Plucker Management System", a product for Tea Industry. TPMS automates plucked green leaf procurement/collection process.

Smart Tea Plucker Cards are issued to registered Tea Pluckers with relevant details printed on plastic portion of the card as well as stored into the chip. Digital weighing scale integrated with battery operated handheld terminal and printer, is used for procurement/collection at Tea collection centres.

Smart Tea Plucker Card maintains details of transactions, which includes loan, etc availed by the plucker. Transaction details are stored in terminal and forwarded to the factory for processing. At the time of payment Smart Tea Plucker Card is read and payment is made. Thus it replaces manual documents in entire process of purchase/collection and payment.

There is a provision to link Card based payment through Bank.

The product has been designed to work in remote areas under adverse working conditions. TPMS is already in use and has been well accepted.
